Respond to ASQA
So your ASQA audit didn’t go as well as you’d hoped? You received ‘that’ letter. ASQA is going to make a decision – the decision maybe to suspend or cancel your RTO’s registration. The audit report asks for evidence Remedial Action. What’s ‘Remedial Action’? What is ASQA looking for when they ask you to address the needs of the students who have been adversely effected?
Expert help is needed.
You get one opportunity to respond to ASQA. This response must satisfy ASQA’s issues or: ‘it’s all over’ – the RTO is cancelled.
Richard Turner will help you understand what went wrong, draft your response, assist with remedial action and place you in the best position possible to save the RTO.
This type of work requires knowledge and experience few Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector consultants can offer. Why take chances with others? Talk to Richard before it’s too late.
Appeal to Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT)
In some instances RTO CEOs have responded to ASQA and underestimated what’s required.
The worst has happened!
The RTO’s registration is cancelled. No more marketing, no more students and no income. All the student records, RTO documents and even the RTO registration certificate must be returned to ASQA.
One viable course of action remains. An appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). You’ll find the AAT process is quite conciliatory, connecting the RTO and ASQA to work together and reach a mutually satisfactory outcome.
Richard Turner will draft your appeal submission, assist with understanding the appeal process and work with you to address ASQA’s issues.
When you’ve reached this point there’s no ‘margin for error’. Engage the best; don’t take chances with inexperienced or amateur advice.
